Quaint German village setting. Peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Friendly and helpful family running the gasthof. Easy communication despite language differences. Wonderful location for walks and picnics. Enjoyable dinner in the hotel restaurant. Positive energy and nice decorations. Excellent breakfast selection

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming guesthouse in a serene and idyllic village in Germany. the countryside location made for a peaceful and tranquil stay, away from tourist hotspots. the traditional German decor of the rooms and the homemade breakfast added to the experience. the friendly staff provided excellent service, making me feel welcomed and at home. the communal outdoor area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
I did have a bit of trouble finding the hotel at first, as the signage was not clear.

Spent a wonderful Xmas with friends in a lovely family-run hotel in a peaceful countryside setting. Staff was super friendly and we were warmly welcomed. The food was hands down the best we’ve had in ages. We looked forward to the festive spread, and boy was it delicious! We also loved the honor fridge filled with cold drinks, it was very convenient. Being near the local trail was a big plus, we enjoyed long strolls through the scenic countryside & discovered a hidden gem of a park by the lake.
Being one of the more outdated rooms, ours definitely needed an update. The furniture and the bed were old and uncomfortable.

The countryside location was perfect for a quiet holiday. the traditional German-style was charming and the homemade food was delicious. We enjoyed having scrambled eggs for breakfast and trying the local wine. the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel was difficult to find and we had trouble getting directions. the room we stayed in was outdated and had a bad smell.
